Welcome to Lucky Driving School, one of the top-rated driving schools in Edmonton, Alberta. We provide professional driving lessons in Edmonton and nearby communities, with a focus on safety, confidence, and lifelong driving skills.
Pick-up and drop-off locations will be the same as those provided at the time of registration. Prices may vary depending on the chosen location.
Any location changes must be discussed and confirmed with the driving instructor before scheduling lessons.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel a driving lesson. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
Students must bring proof of payment (screenshot or printout) when attending in-class sessions on weekends.
Feedback will be provided during the driving lesson.
Road training is conducted exclusively in school vehicles. The instructor may stop briefly if a washroom break is required.
Use of a school vehicle for the road test is not included in the package, unless the student is enrolled in the 20-hour driving + in-class/online package.
Driving lessons must be completed within 6 months of registration. They may be extended up to 2 years with a $100 late completion penalty.
The 15-hour theory course (online or in-class) must be completed within 3 months of registration. It may be extended up to 2 years, with a penalty of $50 for in-class or $100 for online.
Students who complete part 1 of the theory portion and then switch to online will be charged $75.
As per Alberta Transportation standards, student records are kept for 2 years only. The school is not responsible for records beyond this period.
Students who switch from online to in-class training will be charged $50.
A duplicate certificate can be issued for $50, but certificates cannot be retrieved after 2 years of course completion.
A free car for the road test is provided only with the 20-hour driving + 15-hour in-class/online package, subject to instructor availability and conditions.
Students must inform their instructor in advance about the date, time, and location of their booked road test if they wish to use the school vehicle. Availability depends on the instructor’s schedule and service area. If the vehicle is unavailable, no cash refund will be provided.
Any traffic violations during the road test that occur due to the student’s actions are the student’s responsibility.
Lessons will be canceled with applicable charges if the student does not have a valid driver’s license at the time of the lesson. The class will be marked as a missed lesson.
